Today begins the One World One Heart event. This is an International Blogging Event hosted by A Whimsical Bohemian. I spotted this wonderful event on Nancy's Blog last year and immediately participated, this year I'm in full swing. I hope you have a chance to check the other participants out. I'm a lucky lady. This year many of my friends and family are becoming grandmothers. In their honor I'd like to offer this beautiful doll as a give-a-way. One of my New Year's resolution for 2009 was to tick off at least a few of the things on my bucket list. One of these things was the attendance and participation at an Painters Convention. I've painted in some form or other most of my adult life, but never really gone to conventions. This was the year. I also wanted to paint something/with some product I had never used. Thus this cute little baby. It's a Secrist Doll, painted with Genesis Paints. These are paints that are heated to become permanent. Very interesting process, and a great class. So I'd like to share my enthusiasm for this new adventure with you. All you have to do to enter is leave a comment on this blog.You must be a blogger to enter.
