Friday 56
Friday 56: Murder at the Chateau.

Then the OYSTER and the van driver mimicked vigorous haggling over the price of what the van would carry. Reaching a grudging agreement, the OYSTER and the driver carried boxes of fish from boat to van. Soon the First Lady and her friends shared the back of the smelly little vehicle with a load of fish.
Who knew Eleanor Roosevelt was a sleuth? I sure didn't, but since I like historical fiction I decided to read this before I labelled and shelved it in the library.

Friday 56
I love to read. I've neglected my writing over the past year or so, and so my reading also suffers. I've decided to post on Friday 56 here, just to get me back to the book I cannot seem to finish.
Friday 56: Between You & Me

They're still struggling. And in the east they're still getting refugees from Darfur. Good example of international failings ahead of the next G8.
The book I'm struggling to finish is" Between you & Me", by Kirsty Scott, don't know why. but I only allow myself one book a year to abandon due to "not good enough to finish" so I really try hard to finish most, just in case you buy a book and pay god awful prices for it and hate it.
Perhaps I'll finish it today.
